Meet The Team

Dr. Deborah O’Reilly originally hails from Dublin, Ireland where she studied Dentistry. It was in Ireland that she met her husband, Maitray, who was also studying Dentistry as an international student from Canada. Dr. Deborah O’Reilly decided to pursue her Orthodontic training at the University of Western Ontario and subsequently settled in Kitchener-Waterloo where she now lives with her husband and their teacup-poodle Cece.

During her time at Western, Dr. Deborah O’Reilly was decorated with the John and Nancy Murray Prize and the P.J. Blake Memorial Award. As part of her specialization, Dr. Deborah O’Reilly successfully completed her thesis entitled “Validation Study On The Differentiation Of Human Periodontal Ligament Cells In The Presence Of Cementum Protein 1 and Periostin” (available at the link).

Dr. Deborah O’Reilly is an active member of the Ontario Association of Orthodontists, the Canadian Association of Orthodontists and the American Association of Orthodontists.
